GPS Location Data
We collect real-time GPS location data from tracking devices installed on school buses. This data is used solely to display bus locations to authorized users.

For school administrators: name, email address, and role within the school.
For parents: name, email address, phone number (optional), and assigned student/stop information.
Contact Form Submissions
When you submit our contact form, we collect: organization name, contact name, email address, phone number (optional), organization type, fleet size, and any message you provide.

Privacy-First Design
SafeBusTracker is built with privacy as a core principle:
- Parents see only their child's bus and stop. They cannot view other families' addresses, other bus routes, or other stop locations.

Children's Privacy
SafeBusTracker does not collect personal information directly from children. All student information is provided by schools and managed by school administrators. We comply with applicable laws regarding children's privacy, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) where applicable.
